   TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Rental per table is R120 per market day.

  2. One table will be provided.  To be collected and returned.

  3. Exhibitors are responsible to provide own table cloth for table (approximately 2,5 meter in length will be sufficient).

  4. Power or special requirements to be communicated to the organizer prior to the market day.

  5. In Summer months the market is hosted outside.  Although there are trees, it is recommended that you bring a Casibo or Umbrella. 

  6. Exhibitors are responsible for the unpacking and displaying of their own products.  

  7. Exhibitors can enter the premises as from 07:00 on the market day to setup.

  8. The facility to be left clean and vacated by 15:00.

  9. To confirm bookings at least 5 days prior to the Market day. (on-line or directly with the organizer) 

  10. Rental fees will be payable once your application was approved.

  11. Payments can be done via EFT or cash on the day.

  12. Notifications for cancellations to be submitted 3 days prior to the Market day else the rental fee will still apply. 

  13. Bookings without payment or misbehavior will disqualify you to apply again.

  14. To note that selling of coffee and beverages will not be allowed as this is allocated to the church.

  15. Each exhibitor to encourage family and friends to visit our market.
