FernGro is a family run business in a licensed facility that is passionate to deliver high quality baked goods.

Our bakery which is based in the Western Cape, South Africa, only uses the best ingredients for our baked products.  We use Stoneground flour, butter and free range eggs but no preservatives.

We specialize in rusks and biscuits.  The Fern Foods brand is available in several shops.

Rusks or 'beskuit', is a South African traditional snack or treat best enjoyed with a cup of coffee or tea.  Try our new additions, Crunchies and Fruity Biscotti, with a cup of Rooibos tea.
