In contrast with other commercial flour, the endosperm, bran and germ are retained in this flour.
The natural milling process do not expose the grain to excessive temperatures, to maximize the nutritional value.

Our rusks and biscuits include buttermilk,butter and eggs. A lacto-ovo vegetarian diet only excludes meat, fish and poultry, while eggs and dairy products are allowed.
On the otherhand, Vegan or a total vegetarian diet includes only foods from plants. So unfortunately our rusks will not be allowed for Vegans.
