We use real butter in moderate quantities to give you best flavour without adding the kilojoules.

OUR INGREDIENTS

Our rusks are made with buttermilk and real butter. It is best enjoyed with a cup of coffee or tea.

 

As from 1 February 2017, FernGro exclusively uses Stone Ground Flour in our rusk ranges.  The reason for this is that the traditional stone ground milling process retains all the nutrients in the original grain.
